Ferro Vanadium
Ferro vanadium
Ferro vanadium is an iron alloy composed of vanadium (35%-85%) and iron, appearing as silver-gray to black lumps. With high density and a melting point of approximately 1400-1500°C, it exhibits high strength, corrosion resistance, and anti-magnetic properties. Vanadium significantly refines steel grain structure, enhancing strength, toughness, and wear resistance while suppressing aging deformation. Common grades include FeV40 (V≥40%), FeV60 (V≥60%), and FeV80 (V≥80%), catering to various steel requirements.
