Production Process

 

Raw Material Preparation:Calcium ferroalloy is crushed and ground into fine, uniformly-sized powder.

Strip Forming:A cold-rolled steel strip is shaped into a "U" form by a forming machine.

Filling & Sealing:The alloy powder is precisely filled into the "U" channel, which is then tightly sealed into a wire via rollers.

Coiling & Packaging:The finished wire is coiled onto spools and packaged with moisture-proof materials to ensure quality.
