High-carbon ferromanganese (HCFeMn) is one of the most widely used ferroalloy in the world. High-carbon ferromanganese (HC FeMn) is a manganese alloy, smelted directly from manganese ores. Its manganese content ranges from 70-80 wt% and its carbon content from 6-7 wt%. It is the most-used ferroalloy in terms of quantity and its applications are mostly steel production (90%), with the remaining 10% being used in foundries and welding.

Production Process
Raw Materials
The primary raw materials are manganese ore and carbon.
Smelting
These materials are smelted in a furnace at high temperatures.
Refining
The molten alloy is then refined to remove impurities.
Casting
Finally, the refined alloy is cast into molds to form high-carbon ferro manganese.
Packing
1. 1MT big bags.
2. 25KG small bags into 1MT big bags.
3. Iron drums.
The packaging can according to customer's requirement.
