Production Process

 

Using high-carbon ferromanganese (Mn≥75%) as raw material, decarburization is conducted via converter or electric furnace refining: at 1350-1500℃, carbon is removed by silicothermic method or oxygen oxidation to control final carbon at 0.5%-2.0%; after cooling, it is crushed into 20-50mm lumps, tested by ICP to meet GB/T 4701.2-2009, and delivered with CoA report.
