Production Process

 

Using medium-carbon ferrochrome (Cr≥68%) as raw material, it is refined by silicothermic method in 1600-1800℃ electric furnace, with ferrosilicon deeply decarburizing to ≤0.5%; after cooling, it is crushed into 20-50mm lumps, tested by ICP to meet GB/T 5684-2022/ISO 545:2017, and delivered with CoA report.

Advantages: No carbon embrittlement risk, purity 5%+ higher than medium-carbon ferrochrome;​
