Compared to standard ferrosilicon, it offers lower production costs and greater ease of use.

 

Production Process

 

Using ferrosilicon powder (FeSi75/FeSi90, 80-200 mesh) as raw material, mix with a small amount of binder, press into 10-30mm diameter green balls via cold press (15-20MPa), then cure via low-temperature sintering at 800-1000℃, finally screen out broken balls, package after qualified composition testing, complying with GB/T 2272-2021.

Casting inoculation: Ductile iron production, uniform distribution of spherical particles to refine grains;​
