Production Process

 

Using quartz sand (SiO₂≥98%) and coke as raw materials, mixed into a 1800-2200℃ submerged arc furnace for smelting; after cooling, crushed, magnetic separated to remove impurities, graded into 0-1mm (fine powder) and 1-5mm (granule); tested by ICP to meet GB/T 2480-2021, delivered with CoA report.
