Production Process

 

FeSiAl is primarily produced through an electric furnace smelting process. Selected raw materials including quartz, bauxite, iron ore, and coke are mixed in specific ratios and undergo a reduction reaction in a high-temperature electric arc furnace. After smelting and refining, the alloy is cast and crushed into specified sizes.
