Production Process

 

Ferro Silicon Aluminum Barium is typically produced by a submerged arc furnace process. Raw materials like quartz, bauxite, barite (BaSO₄), coke, and iron scraps are blended in precise ratios and smelted in a high-temperature electric furnace via a carbothermal reduction reaction. The alloy is then cast and crushed into specified sizes.
