Core-coated wire should be purchased and installed in areas where the local ambient temperature is below 50 degrees Celsius.
The exterior and interior of the core-coated wire purchase box should always be kept dry and clean. In particular, use anhydrous compressed air to blow away dust from the inside of the box and distribution cabinet, controlling the appearance.
Do not unnecessarily press the power switch to manipulate the appearance.
Sensors should be maintained regularly (once a week) to remove magnetic dust adhering to the counting magnets and sensors.
After wire feeding operations are completed, all power should be turned off. Ensure that the frequency converter and other electrical appliances are not energized; this increases equipment safety and extends the lifespan of electrical components, especially the frequency converter.
Before connecting the connections, check the following parts: the upper and lower wire feeding rollers must not be loose. During connection, check that the electrical components are operating reliably.
Add lubricating oil to the following parts as specified.
Lubricate the drive chain once a week; lubricate the manual worm gear, connecting rod pin, and slider once per shift.
